im currently holding onto the mere glimpse of my dream of becoming a professional soldier and astronaut, a conquistador if you think about it ha ha, i have just this feeling that my life is gona be a life changing one, that im going to become who i was born to be and my experience is gona be one that differs from all others, i dont know why i dont want to do any other job like lawyer, or nurse, or mechanic, or mc donalds worker, im the kind of person that reads Homers the Lliad an Homers the Odyssey, an dreams of becomeing a known legend in history, i want what every man wants, i just want it more than you do.space is the last fronteer an that is where we must go. because if we humans sit in one place for too long we will only destroy each other as we stay in the same enviroment for a long period of time, history has taught us this.

im only a junior in high school born in 93

i didnt grow up with wealthy parents or in a big house
and i have gone through so mutch in my life only in the past 16 years, an it feelsl ike everything that happens is just little things compared to what maybe my life has in store ahead,

my personal motto that i live by is

Try Harder or Fall Forever
Live for Somthing or Die for Nothing

david woods-

Hi David,

Thanks for your comment.

Born in '93, you'll be in your early twenties when the next Maslow Window opens near 2015. You chose your birthdate well! :)

You'll have several years to establish yourself in your career and enjoy the unprecedented 1960s-style boom -- the "Golden Age of Prosperity, Exploration, and Technology" -- that's coming before it rapidly begins to decay in your mid-thirties.

The last 200 years indicate that it won't always be easy but it will always be exciting!

Best regards...

Bruce

I knew it. I had doubts about my generation but when I attended my graduation, that all changed. The spirit conveyed there was the spirit that I think is needed for space habitation. Also, one of the songs was John Legend's If You're Out There which has this line

"We're the generation, we can't afford to wait, the future started yesterday, and we're already late"

When I looked this song up on youtube, I read the comments and saw that many other high schools choose this song. I couldn't explain it, but seeing my graduation I felt confident that we could do it. You gave me more confidence.
